Can I try Pro or Family for free?
Yes! Both Pro and Family plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can explore all the features and decide if it is right for you before committing.
What happens to my photos if I downgrade?
Your photos are always safe. If you downgrade from a paid plan, you will keep access to all existing photos and trips. You simply will not be able to create new trips beyond the Free plan limit until you upgrade again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Absolutely. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings. When switching to yearly, you will receive a prorated credit for any remaining time on your monthly plan.
How does the Family plan differ from Pro?
The Family plan includes everything in Pro, plus support for up to 50 members per trip (vs 20 in Pro), family admin controls so you can manage who has access, and priority support for any questions.
Is my data private and secure?
Your privacy is our priority. All trips are private by default and only visible to invited members. Photos are stored securely and encrypted. We never sell your data or use your photos for advertising.
